Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of mineral specimens, all pieces are final sale. Each stone is uniquely formed by the Earth and may vary in shape, tone, and surface characteristics—these natural variations are part of their inherent beauty.
We encourage careful review of product descriptions and images prior to purchase, as each piece is intentionally selected and presented.
However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@languageofstones.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit when applicable.
We do not offer refunds for:

• Natural variations in color, shape, or texture

• Change of mind after purchase
